Norman’s Restaurant

In this ambitious 7,400 square foot fine dining renovation, we started with a clean slate, stripping down to the studs to create a canvas for our vision. Inspired by James Beard Finalist Chef Norman Van Aken's New World Cuisine, our goal was to craft an elegant and dynamic space that could serve multiple functions seamlessly.

The redesigned venue boasts dual bars, two private dining rooms perfect for business meetings or intimate gatherings,a  custom wine cellar, and two main dining areas nestled beneath striking architectural arches, softly illuminated by integrated lighting as well as an outdoor terrace for tapas and a DJ booth. The indoor bar area also offers versatility, featuring a cozy lounge, high-top dining beneath elegant arches, and a bustling bartop where patrons can engage with expert mixologists.  

For an upscale dining experience, a sophisticated ambiance is curated with a blend of luxurious materials like brass accents, dark paints and textured wallcoverings.  Meticulous attention to detail extends to every corner, where tall baseboards, layers of lighting and intricate pencil trim enhance the character of the space.
