In the family room, a custom patina metal fireplace was implemented as the focal feature of the home with a hair on hide rug and a leather modern sofa.

A layered headboard of boucle fabric follows the curved outline of the walnut nightstands with blown glass pendants hanging above while a suri alpaca rug grounds the entire space.

In the formal living area, another fireplace was replaced with the same custom patina metal to provide a consistent theme throughout the house while warming up the space with bespoke Mongolian fur wingback chairs.

A 16-drop crystal chandelier cascades over the 70” square parrot wood and black resin dining table surrounded with faux fur dining chairs atop a monotone hair on hide rug.

In the opposite side of the formal living room sits the acrylic and black piano which is juxtaposed by antique artwork and a traditional

silk jute rug.
